Other Willow Stems

We grow Red Curly Willow and Fantail Willow as well. Curly Willow is available in bundles by length. Fantail Willow is sold in the Spring with small open catkins similar to Pussy willow, and later in the season as a curling stem with green foliage. Unusal and attractive in large floral designs.

Pussy Willow

We grow three varieties of pussy willow.

Giant pussy willow is available in its immature form in the late fall and with open catkins from March on.  The catkins are much larger (often over an inch long) than the standard pussy willow.  Shipping by air cargo, they can be supplied at seven foot plus.  Shipped by ground (cheaper shipping), the maximum length is five feet.

Pink pussy willow, available in the spring, is much like the standard with a slight pink cast.

Black pussy willow is only available in some years in the spring.
